"Another Strange Dream "

Another in a series of mixed media assemblages exploring a fantasy theme using natural materials including locally harvested barks, dried native prairie plants and allium, feathers, animal skull, found objects, embellished with embroidery, metal beads and forged copper hands. All are stitched onto botanically printed cotton fabric to add layers of subtle to bold images adding to the mystery. Intentionally unframed (but meticulously stretched over foam core with sturdy hanging device) to allow materials to extend beyond the 17 " x 17 ground.
