The Value of Trees

This artwork was created after a dream that reached back into my childhood. I lived on the edge of a mysterious woods filled with hundred year old trees. It was often misty and slightly scary at times but I became acquainted with every tree and every turn in the path through these woods. The mist would blur the trees in the distance but I learned to trust that they would wait for me to “catch up” to them and continue my journey. They possessed visual and physical value to me!
